What is Bishop Bubbles?

Bishop Bubbles is the finest learn-to-swim program in Delaware, Ohio. The program was designed to provide the Delaware community with an established and well-tested learn-to-swim program. Lessons are taught by knowledgeable and experienced Ohio Wesleyan University swimmers and staff who have a passion for aquatics and childhood education.

How Does it Work?

The program is designed for children ages four years and older, organized into seven goal-oriented levels. Each level is designed to teach children how to be safe around water for a lifetime. A variety of well-tested techniques are taught, which aim to increase a child’s comfort and proficiency in the water.

What Makes Bishop Bubbles Different from Other Programs?

When teaching a motor-skill activity like swimming, it is essential that children receive individual attention and feedback. We can proudly boast a ratio of one instructor for every five students. This program also excels because of its focus on aquatics, and aquatics alone, and because it utilizes quality instructors who have a personal passion for swimming.  Our goal is not revenue-maximization: It is community service and the promotion of aquatic safety and lifetime fitness.
